SaveQuest does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Insights, projections, and coach messages are informational only. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
Bank connection
Optional bank linking is provided through Enable Banking and your bank's authorization flow. You are responsible for reviewing permissions you grant. We are not responsible for third-party bank or aggregator outages, delays, or data accuracy beyond reasonable efforts to present synced data faithfully.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the app, or use SaveQuest in violation of applicable law or bank terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveQuest is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on displayed data or coach output.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
